When clicking on any meeting in the calendar, a pop-up opens up. This shows the details of the meeting. Some booking form fields can be shown/hidden by the administrator via Global Settings.

At the top is the Purpose of the meeting.


The Booked For field contains the name of the user who has booked the meeting.


The Email field contains the email address of the user who has booked the meeting.


The Telephone number shows the number of the person who has booked the meeting.


The Remarks field shows any meeting specific remarks entered for this meeting.


The Tags field are comma separated keywords associated with the meeting. This could be course codes, event codes, etc.


The Meeting Type field categorizes the type of meeting.


The Attendees field shows the number of attendees for this meeting. This is not linked to the number of invitees in the meeting.


The Requested By field shows who has booked the meeting. In some cases, the person who books the meeting may not be the same person as the one who has requested the meeting. For example, The secretary could book on behalf of the CEO. In this case, The Booked For field will contain the name and details of the CEO while the Requested By field will contain the name and email of the secretary.


The Facility Details provides the date and time as well as the room details for this meeting. If there are more than one room or if this is a recurring meeting, then multiple rows will be shown here.


The Invite List table provides the details of the persons invited to the meeting.


If you are not the requestor or the booked for person of the meeting, you will not be able to see the action buttons at the bottom other than the Close button.
