All users are members of at least one group. All users within a group share the same set of permissions.


Click on the Settings and select Groups.




The list of groups will be shown.


The New button allows you to add a new group.


Use the Tools menu to Export To Excel or Export Access Control List (ACL) report.


The group type determines the type of group.


The assets column indicate the assets for groups that are Super User type.


The user count indicates the number of users currently in the group.


Use the action menu next to each record to edit, assign permissions/members or clone.



The Edit menu allows you to edit the properties and permissions of the group.


The Permissions menu allows you to assign/unassign facilities to the group.


The Clone menu allows you to clone the group along with its properties and permissions. It however, does not import the users from the cloned group.


The Members menu allows you to assign members to the group.
