Reassign Bookings
To reassign a booking click Bookings and choose the date and time range to filter the booking.
Use the checkboxes to select the bookings that need to be reassigned in bulk.
In the Re-Assign Bookings field, enter the name of the person to whom you would like to re-assign the selected bookings. The auto-suggest will pop-up.
Select the name from the drop down and click on the Re-Assign Bookings button. Once reassigned, the bookings will be updated and will disappear from the list.
Important Note
- Bookings that have passed cannot be reassigned. Only future dated events can be reassigned.
- If the booking is requested by someone else and booked for you, then the booking will still appear on your calendar as only the requestor has changed and not the booked for.
