Room owners (video)
If you are a room owner, pending booking requests that you have not acted on will be highlighted in red in the My Tasks menu as shown below.
The number will also include requests that you have made to other controlled rooms for which you are just a requester.
Click on the My Tasks menu item.
The number of booking pending your approval will be shown.
Each row will have an action button on the right side of each row.
To view the booking, click on the Purpose of the bookings menu.
To approve a booking, click on the Approve menu. Alternatively, choose the checkboxes next to each booking request and click on Bulk Approve to approve multiple booking requests in one go.
To reject a booking, click on the Reject menu. A confirmation alert will be shown. Click on the Ok button.
Once confirmed, a pop-up will appear to enter the reason for rejection. This is a mandatory field and must be filled in.
Enter the remarks and then click on Reject Request button.
The booking will be removed from the My Tasks list. An email will be sent to the requester.
Important Note
Bulk rejection is not possible as the reason for rejection must be entered for each booking.
If no action is taken beyond the due date as indicated, the system will auto-reject the booking request.
