Our layouts are complex scalable vector graphic (SVG) files. You will not be able to change them on your own. Do get in touch with us and we can assist you in creating or updating the layouts.
Tenants are given individual accounts by creating them through ecobook. Once created, they can be assigned to the right tenant group and permissions set. Creating and managing users is done through ecobook.
